Our Deluxe Rotisserie Oven automatically self-cleans with just one touch and in a safe manner; this way you can save time and labor costs. Its attractive design and illuminated interior highlight food and create a “Show Food” in your restaurant.
Being versatile, it will allow you to prepare to perfection not only the traditional Peruvian “Pollo a la Brasa” (Rotisserie Chicken): juicy, crispy and evenly browned; but also, roast pork, ribs, pork tenderloin and endless possibilities. It has 4 cooking programmes, besides pre-heating, and its touch panel makes its even friendly-user and intuitive. Moreover, the Deluxe Gas Rotisserie Oven consumes less energy than conventional ovens.
